Information for students

Studies in Autumn semester 2020/2021 are organized in two ways: direct contact and online.

AK students must follow the following instructions:

  1. Wear face protection masks in the premises of AK.
  2. Disinfect your hands when entering the premises of AK.
  3. It is not recommended to crowd in the corridors, WC, kitchens, other premises of shared use and at the shared IT equipment; to use elevator for more than one person at a time.
  4. Maintain a safe not less than 1 metre distance in the classrooms.
  5. Students having the symptoms of acute upper respiratory tract difficulties, acute intestinal difficulties and other symptoms of falling sick (e.g. fever, cold, cough, sneezing, difficulty to breathe, diarrhoea, vomiting, etc.) are prohibited to attend AK. In such cases, contact a family doctor for advice.
  6. A student must be immediately removed from the lectures if while in AK, the symptoms of acute upper respiratory diseases, acute intestinal infections and other symptoms of falling sick (e.g. fever (37.3 °C or more), cold, cough, sneezing, difficulty to breathe, diarrhoea, vomiting, etc.) come out. He/she must be advised to call the coronavirus helpline tel. 1808 or contact the family doctor for distance advice.
  7. A student who has had a direct physical contact with a person who is required to isolate himself/herself, must inform the International office by e-mail juste.garlaviciute@akolegija.lt and the Study Centre by e-mail vilma.slavickiene@akolegija.lt to coordinate further implementation of the study process.
  8. A student who is required to isolate himself/herself, upon returning from a foreign country, must inform the International office by e-mail juste.garlaviciute@akolegija.lt and the Study Centre by e-mail vilma.slavickiene@akolegija.lt to coordinate further implementation of the study process.
  9. A student must in accordance with circumstances immediately inform the hostel manager by e-mail rimtaute.dapkeviciene@akolegija.lt, if COVID-19 has been diagnosed for him/her.
