On 6 – 9 May 2024 lecturers Daiva Aleksandravičienė, Agnė Urbonaitė, Kristina Stauskienė and associate professor Inga Mikutavičienė participated in staff mobility visit under Erasmus+ programme at Beykent University in Istanbul (Turkey). The lecturers visited Beykent University Hospital, together with the hospital administration staff discussed about the health systems in Turkey and Lithuania highlighting shortage of medical workers.
The lecturers participated in lectures, discussions and practical classes. Associate Professor Inga Mikutavičienė delivered a series of lectures to nursing students about understanding communication process between nurses and patients, overcoming difficulties and disparities.
During the internship, further cooperation, opportunities for exchanges of students and teachers were discussed.
